Terms of Service — FindJob88Days

1. The service
FindJob88Days is job-search assistance software for people seeking work in Australia. After you complete your profile, purchase a campaign, connect Gmail and give one explicit general authorisation, the service identifies relevant employers, creates personalised applications and sends them automatically from your connected Gmail account. You do not approve each individual email after the campaign is activated.
2. Your authorisation and control
Your general authorisation applies only to the campaign settings, facts and preferences you confirm. You remain the applicant and sender. You can pause or stop the agent at any time, disconnect Gmail in the service, or revoke Google access at Google Account permissions. Revocation stops further Gmail sending and reply monitoring.
3. Campaigns, prices and limits
- Campaign: A$150 one-time payment for 60 days; target 35 applications per day, hard maximum 60 per day.
- Campaign Premium: A$200 one-time payment for 60 days; target 60 applications per day, hard maximum 100 per day, with premium employer segments and special-request matching.
Targets and maximums are not guaranteed delivery volumes. Actual sending may be lower because of mailbox warm-up, employer availability, matching quality, duplicate prevention, employer opt-outs, sending windows, Gmail health, safety controls or campaign pauses. The introductory campaign is not a mandatory monthly subscription. An optional A$50/month follow-up service may be offered after the 60-day campaign and is activated only if you choose it.
4. Gmail access
gmail.sendlets the service send personalised application emails from your connected Gmail account under your campaign authorisation.gmail.readonlylets the service identify and read replies in Gmail threads initiated by the service, classify relevant employer responses and notify you. It cannot modify or delete mailbox content.
5. Your responsibilities
You must provide truthful, current information and use the service only for your genuine job search. You must not submit misleading experience, qualifications, visa information or identity details. You are responsible for reviewing your profile and campaign settings before activation and keeping them current.
6. No guarantees or migration advice
FindJob88Days does not guarantee employment, an interview, an employer response, sponsorship, visa eligibility, or that any role or period of work will count toward the 88-day specified-work requirement. Employers make all hiring decisions. We are not a recruitment agency, migration agent or legal adviser; verify visa and specified-work requirements with official Australian Government sources or a registered professional.
7. Suspension and acceptable use
We may reduce, pause or stop sending to protect users and employers, comply with law, honour an employer opt-out, respond to Gmail health signals, prevent abuse or investigate security issues. A pause does not create a right to bypass safety limits or contact suppressed employers.
8. Privacy, AI processing and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains Gmail access, Anthropic processing, encryption, retention, deletion, revocation and Google Limited Use. Google Workspace API data is never used to develop, improve or train generalised or non-personalised AI/ML models.
9. Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for employer decisions, market availability, visa outcomes or indirect losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
